A scandinavian adapting to Namibia

its baking day today. dirk and i've stopped buying bread since im slighlty addicted to baking bread now. the poor thing has been testing different bread almost every day. the one that im baking today is a very simple and quick one. only thing you need when it comes to kitchen tools is dough wisps. you know, those hooks. yes.

You need (2 loaves):

1 liter of yoghurt or think milk (you can also use flavored)
9 dl flour
5 dl oat meals
4 dl Muesli
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-2 dl dark syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
3 teaspoons bread spices

cooking:

Mix all ingridence in a large bowl into a smooth dough. i think its easier to mixed the dry stuff first and then add the wet. Divide into two "bread shapes" and bake in the oven at 180 degrees in just over 1 hour. Feel with a stick if the bread is done in the middle.
